VAN AUKEN DESIGN DIVISION

The design division at Van Auken Development is a self sustaining department that encompasses many skill sets. From building design and 3d animation to interior design and staging models, the design division does it all. It works not only on projects of Van Auken Design & Build, but also on those of companies who do not have the capability of doing their drawings in-house. The design division has:

• Completed plans for a 21 unit condominium project
• Designed various room additions, ranging from sun rooms to second stories
• Is the main design consultant for Zero's Sub Shops
• Designed buildings to exceed the minimum requirements of local and international building codes to ensure a properly built, safe building
• Designed both stick framed residential homes and steel constructed commercial buildings
• Succeeded in re-evaluating building occupancies to bring buildings up to code
